I have used Bed-Down Excel for all of my horses at home for about 6 years. I will admit to trying other brands particularly when I had run out and can’t get BedDown from local bedding supplier, but nothing matches its performance, it is so quick and easy to muck out, even the messiest of my horses, and the beds look and smell fresh every day. Bed-Down is equally useful as a bedding for small animals (I used to use it for my guinea pigs) and chickens – such a versatile product! And did I mention how wonderful it smells! I would highly recommend Bed-Down as a quality and value for money product.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how straightforward and ecomonic the Bed-Down bedding is. It has made mucking out and keeping my stables clean really easy. Archie, my coloured pony, is super messy. I think he entertains himself at night trying to be as mucky as possible. That’s why we use the Rapasorb. My other pony, Nev, can be quite anxious so he too makes quite a mess of his stable but it is such a quick job mucking them both out in the morning. Plus, the lemon smell is so fresh. My mum also loves Bed-Down and she pinches the pony supplies to use in her hen houses. I would say chickens are far smellier than ponies but even they all smell citrus fresh now we use Bed-Down! I’d say to anyone, give it a try.

I love Bed-Down bedding because it’s not like normal bedding. Gracie is so so easy to muck out since using this amazing bedding! The lavender bales absorb the wet and makes it 100 times easier to muck out! I recommend this bedding to lots and lots of friends!

I love bed down bedding because of how high quality the bedding is. It’s super absorbent, making mucking out so much quicker and easier for me! It always leaves my stable smelling fresh and never dusty, and the spring-back technology is extremely impressive as the bed is always thick enough for my horse. I am extremely fussy with what bedding I put my horse on, but bed-down has always met every expectation and made the perfect bed without fail. I recommend it to every horse owner out there as it has never left me disappointed.

We have been using Bed-Down Excel Plus bedding after our older horse got diagnosed with asthma. We were looking for a dust free, comfortable and non palatable bedding and we found it! He absolutely loves it, as we always catch him snoozing. We also started putting our new Golden Lusitano stallions on the Bed-Down Excel bedding as it seems its the only type of bedding that they won’t eat! The bales are a good size and they make a nice comfortable bed. We love to keep our beds pristinely white plus it smells amazing, even the dog can’t get enough of it! Highly recommend Bed-Down as a bedding supplier.

I’ve recently turned back to Bed-Down and I’m so glad I did! The bales are packed to the brim with bedding while still being lightweight; theres so much in one bale! The Excel is a perfect combination of 2 types of bedding and the Rapasorb definitely lives up to its name. Even after a week with removing wet or adding more bales, the bed still looks as clean and fresh as ever. The yard visit service is a godsend for those unsure of their horse’s ultimate match, you can’t go wrong with Bed-Down!

My name is Malika I am a 13 year old event rider form north Dorset. We have used Bed-Down bedding at my yard for my as long as I can remember. It is such a amazing bedding as a little goes so farad its so quick and easy to much out I also love the fact it is dust free as it really helps our older horses as well as being so much better for the younger ones. We use the original shavings they are so absorbent and so comfortable for the horses to lie down on they all lie down every night and you can tell from the amount of shaving that are stuck to their rugs and mane and tail. It also really supports there mussels which is really important for the competition horses and it stops them getting as stiff when they spend long amounts of time in there stable.another amazing feature that I love about the bedgown bedding is that the bedding is rented with nice smells personally my fav is the lavender it also stops there stables smelling so bad which defiantly make it so much nicer to muck out Bed-Down bedding is defiantly the best bedding we have ever used I really do genially love the brand so much and I am soo happy to be part of the brand ambassador program.

My pony Dotty has had the super experience of using Bed~Down at some of our over night events, Dotty loves Bed~Down because it’s super comfy and fluffy for her to lay down on and it helps her get the rest she needs for the next day! I love Bed~Down because it’s extremely easy to muck out and is super light to carry, when we use Bed~Down at events we use EXCEL PLUS. It’s also great because it’s not dusty like other bedding and that’s important because Dots is 18 now and coughs a little bit so I’m happy to have her in Bed~Down Excel Plus so she isn’t on a dusty bed!
