Meet the Bed-Down Equine Bedding team at the Agria Hickstead Royal International 22nd-27th July 2025. This is one of the year’s great equestrian events.
The All England Jumping Course will once again be the place to see and be seen, as equestrian enthusiasts from all over gather to witness prestigious international events like the King George V Gold Cup and the Breen Equestrian Queen Elizabeth II Cup.
As one of the standout fixtures of the summer showing calendar, the Agria Hickstead Royal International draws riders from every corner of the country. Many dedicate their season to chasing a coveted qualification ticket for the honour of competing at this esteemed event. Across its six-day run, a full schedule of top-tier showing culminates in the grand finals on Sunday: the Barberstown Castle Supreme Horse and Supreme Products Supreme Pony Championships.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Arena eventing brings its own thrill to the week, alongside an eclectic mix of competitions that includes scurry driving and elegant side-saddle classes. National showjumping contests are also on the programme, featuring the British Showjumping Winter Finals and the fiercely contested British Riding Clubs team challenge. For the youngest riders just starting out, the cross-poles classes add a heart-warming touch.
There’s far more to enjoy beyond the arenas. The Agria Hickstead Royal International horse show delivers a full family day out with activities centred around the Village Green. Expect face painting and arts & crafts for the little ones, magic acts that enchant audiences of all ages, and delightful live choir performances. A special highlight for many is the ever-popular Ladies’ Day on Saturday, with its fabulous fashion and vibrant atmosphere.
Visitors can also explore a well-stocked shopping village, enjoy food and drink from a range of high-quality outlets, and take advantage of premium hospitality options for a truly indulgent day at the show.
