Meet Bed-Down’s brand ambassadors, riders who excel and inspire in their fields and who, above all, share a love of horses.
Caroline Eagle
Caroline is based on the Essex/Suffolk border. Together with partner Neil, she keeps a team of Shires. They’ve competed at county shows throughout the country and they participate in heavy horse demonstrations. Recently, Caroline and Neil have taken up driving. Caroline loves the smell of Bed-Down bedding and finds it easy to muck out.
Tabitha Kyle
Teenager Tabs competes a number of ponies and horses. She’s won numerous awards and grand prix and has a real passion for show jumping. Tabitha’s riding career goes from strength to strength, as she continues notching up successes! Tabs loves how absorbent our bedding is and finds that it minimises waste and keeps the muck-heap small.
Gracie Tyte
Brand Ambassador Gracie is a young, up-and-coming event rider. We’re very much looking forward to seeing her event riding career develop over the coming years. Gracie says that since starting to use Bed-Down bedding, she’s noticed a reduction in dust levels, as well as a virtual absence of ammonia smell from her horses’ wee!
Simon Grieve
Si is another event rider, an incredibly talented one at that, competing horses of all levels. Si has noticed that since resting on Bed-Down bedding his horses have been jumping particularly well and performing better overall.
Zara Rawding
Riding has always been a part of Zara’s life, since she could walk, and she loves show jumping. Zara finds that Lavender Shavings have a brilliant calming effect on her chestnut mare in the stable, so that these days she’s able to keep her in the stable when the other horses are out.
Abie Salter
Abs has been riding since she was 5. She was introduced to the equestrian life by her Mum and they like to go out hacking together. When her horse Jake was diagnosed with arthritis, she switched from Rapasorb to Excel, because of the latter’s spring-back technology. Abs reports that Jake’s joints are now well supported and that Excel is impressively absorbent too!
Rachael Barnett
Ray, as her friends call her, became hooked on riding during a family holiday to South Africa as a small child. Her favourite discipline to ride is dressage. Ray uses Lavender Shavings to help ease her mare Pepper’s asthma.
