I thought I would let you know how our horses have got on with using bed-down! We have been using your Pure shavings for a while now and I can’t thank you enough for the difference it’s made. The image I have attached is the mare that we’ve had on bed-down and she seems to be performing better overall. The mare that we’ve put on your shavings had been struggling with dust that was in the “dust-free” bedding we had before, but I am very glad to say that since she has been on your shavings we have not had that problem!

I always recommend bed-down horse bedding to all my clients I work for it’s great how bed-down match your horse to the correct bedding. My favourite has got to be rapasorb easy to muck out, solid base perfect for horses who like a messy bedroom normally! And I love the fresh citrus smell it keeps away any nasty smells!

I have an Irish Sports Horse that use to be incredibly wet, there wasn’t a single type of bedding he could get on with and we were going through many wheel narrows full every day; Until I found Bed-down and their product Rapasorb! Gone are the days of wasting bedding because my boy has never been cleaner with this bedding. With Bed-Down’s products I’m finally able to keep my boy as clean as possible and just 1 bag is lasting me 10-14 days; I never thought would be possible! It’s dust free and smells extremely nice, it’s very exciting when the time comes to open up a new bag and there’s the wonderful smell of a freshly made bed. I even reuse the bedding bags afterwards to poo pick the fields and bag up the dropping; this is helpful for my neighbours in the surround areas that use this as fertiliser for their plants. Bed-Dowm have bedding that suits all your horses needs. We have started using Excel, and it’s the best bedding we’ve been on. It’s super absorbent and it goes a long way. I know that Ezzie can be messy over night and will still have a big bed the next day. I also love that it is lemon fragranced, leaving her stable smelling fresh despite all the mess she makes over night. If you are considering buying from Bed-Down, I would 100% say go for it ! Even if you purchase some trials bales first.

We use the game changing Bed Down Excel. We would be broke with out Bed-Down our mare mimis, used to get a 2 wheel barrow of regular wood chips day! But Bed-Down has made it so much easier and affordable.

I am a freelance groom so I have mucked all sorts of bedding but when it comes to a bed down bed, I know my life is going to be a bit easier. Bed down is super absorbent so you only need take out the wet which is in a small area. This means the bed lasts longer which is much better for the horse and owner (cost wise). There is no better feeling then putting in a fresh Bed down bed. Even I want to sleep on it!

Until recently, I’d never really found a bedding that had particularly made a huge difference to the way in which my horses are able to relax and have their down time! After recently discovering Bed-Down Lavender shavings, I can safely say that I won’t be looking back! I’ve been hugely impressed with the quality and comfort included into each bale of Bed-Down bedding and the horses absolutely love it too! It smells gorgeous and never fails to impress us! I couldn’t be more pleased with how straightforward and ecomonic the Bed-Down bedding is. It has made mucking out and keeping my stables clean really easy. Archie, my coloured pony, is super messy. I think he entertains himself at night trying to be as mucky as possible. That’s why we use the Rapasorb. My other pony, Nev, can be quite anxious so he too makes quite a mess of his stable but it is such a quick job mucking them both out in the morning. Plus, the lemon smell is so fresh. My mum also loves Bed-Down and she pinches the pony supplies to use in her hen houses. I would say chickens are far smellier than ponies but even they all smell citrus fresh now we use Bed-Down! I’d say to anyone, give it a try.

I have been using Bed-Down bedding for a while now and I have to admit it is the best decision I have ever made. It is such a tricky decision when buying bedding, but there is no doubt about it that Bed-Down is the best out there. I use the Bed-Down excel and it is so great, it’s smells amazing. It spreads really far and is very comfy, my pony storm loves it! Also it is not dusty at all which is what I look for, as some are so dusty! Overall I would really recommend using their bedding, it’s the best out there!

I have been a groom In the industry for 10 years now, and I’ve seen and used a variety of bedding. My bedding of choice is Bed-Down Excel. I love that it has a lemon fragrance, this means the horses aren’t inclined to eat it and the stable smells nice, which makes a nice change around horses! One bag of Excel goes so far, and makes a lovely, fluffy bed which ensures the horses I look after are nice and comfortable! We all need to be a little more aware of using recyclable products which is yet another reason I use Bed-Down, as their packaging is used from 30% recycled plastic, ensuring we all do a little bit to help protect our planet.

A few years ago when at a stay away show, we forgot our bedding so our friend lent us a bale of Bed-Down Excel and we have never looked back! Our pony is completely different on this bedding. She is cleaner (she used to be filthy!) and with the dust extraction she never coughs anymore, the smell is so hygienic and mucking out time has halved due to being so absorbent, we skip out during the week and take wet out once a week! Cannot recommend this product enough!
